Marcin (Martin) Wiesiolek is the head coach at Colorado Mesa University, where he works closely with student-athletes to help them achieve their goals. He prioritizes skills development and fitness training, believing that great racers come from versatile and well-rounded skiers. His coaching approach focuses on building a solid skill foundation supported by a sustainable fitness routine. For Marcin, the goal is not just performance but fostering a life-long passion for the sport and creating positive memories for his athletes.

Originally from Poland, Marcin escaped Communist Poland at the age of 20 and moved to the United States. After living in Philadelphia and serving in the U.S. Army, including combat tours, he settled in Grand Junction, Colorado, in 2000. For ease of communication, he goes by the name "Martin."
